The Watts FPHRC-BB-975 uses a proprietary absorbent media that permanently bonds to oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, solvents, and other hydrocarbons in a single pass through the filter. Designed for whole-house applications where groundwater or well water has been contaminated by petroleum products, this cartridge maintains low pressure drop even when fully saturated.

COMPATIBILITY
Housing Requirements
The Watts FPHRC-BB-975 is designed for standard 10-inch Big Blue filter housings with 4.5-inch inner diameter. Compatible with Watts, Pentek, and other manufacturers' Big Blue 10" x 4.5" housings. Replace cartridge when you notice petroleum odor or sheen returning to filtered water, or according to your regular maintenance schedule based on contamination levels.
