Installation Process
Simple Three-Step Connection
Prepare the Tubing
Cut tubing cleanly with a sharp tube cutter to ensure a square edge. Remove any burrs or debris from the cut end, then measure and mark the insertion depth based on the fitting specifications to ensure proper seating.
Insert and Lock
Push the tubing firmly into the fitting port until you feel resistance and hear an audible click, indicating the grab ring has engaged. The tube should insert approximately 5/8 inch for standard 1/4" fittings.
Test and Verify
Gently pull back on the tubing to confirm the connection is secure and the grab ring has properly locked. Pressurize the system gradually and inspect all connections for leaks before putting the system into full operation.
