RO Booster, Delivery & Demand Pumps
When line pressure is too low for an RO membrane to work well, or when you need to push stored water up to a fridge or dispenser, a booster or delivery pump makes the difference. We carry demand and delivery pumps, pressure switches and accumulator tanks from Aquatec, Shurflo and Flojet for residential RO, bottled-water and light-commercial systems.
How to choose a pump
Booster vs. delivery. A booster pump raises feed pressure into the membrane (better production, less waste); a delivery/demand pump pushes finished water out to the tap or appliance.
Mind the pressure switch. Demand pumps rely on a shut-off or low-pressure switch to cycle correctly — a common replacement part.
Add an accumulator. A small accumulator tank smooths pulsation and reduces pump cycling, extending pump life.
Match voltage & flow. Confirm the pump's voltage (typically 24V DC on RO) and GPM before ordering.
