We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt for orders less than $500; orders over $500 have a 15 day return policy.
Shipping is not refundable and customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is refundable only when the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged. ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON TIME OF DELIVERY AND ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. AFTER 30 DAYS, ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived with their original packaging for a full merchandise refund. Unused items are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping). Used items cannot be refunded due to items being perishable after use (unless deemed as defective). If you have a damaged filter, please email pictures of the damage so we can process a return - we will email a return label once we receive pictures and do not ship it back until further notice..
DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. You can request one by contacting us at (714) 541-6600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be sent back and received within 21 calendar days from the creation of the RMA number to the following address. ALL RETURNS RECEIVED THEREAFTER HAVE THE RMA DENIED IN FULL.
