Ozone is one of the most powerful oxidizers available for water treatment — it disinfects, destroys odor, and oxidizes iron, manganese and sulfide without leaving a chemical residue. We carry ozone generators, air dryers, oxygen concentrators and injection accessories from ClearWater for well water, bottling and commercial applications.
How to choose an ozone system
Size the output. Ozone generators are rated in grams/hour — match output to your flow and contaminant load.
Feed dry air or oxygen. Ozone output and cell life improve dramatically with dry air (air dryer) or an oxygen-concentrator feed.
Inject and contact. A venturi injector plus a contact/retention tank gives ozone time to react before use.
Use ozone-rated materials. Off-gas should be vented safely, and the wetted path needs ozone-rated seals (Viton, PVDF).
