Chemical feed systems inject a precise dose — chlorine, soda ash, polyphosphate — into a water line for disinfection, pH correction or scale control. We carry metering-pump parts and accessories from Stenner, Blue-White and more: injection check valves, duckbill seals, flow meters and controllers that keep a feed system dosing accurately.
How to choose feed & dosing parts
The injection check valve is critical. It stops treated water from back-flowing into the pump — Stenner 3/8" and duckbill kits are common wear items worth stocking.
Size the pump to your flow. Match feed rate (GPD) and injection pressure to your line; a flow meter on the main tells you the water rate you're dosing against.
Match tube & seal material. Feed tubing and duckbills are chemical-specific — chlorine, acid and caustic each call for the right elastomer.
Keep spares on hand. Duckbills, tubes and check valves fail first; a small spares kit avoids downtime.
