Pump Motors & Procon Pump Heads
Rotary-vane and booster pumps in RO and commercial water systems are driven by standard NEMA-frame motors paired to a pump head. We carry Procon brass pump heads and Marathon/GE 56C-frame motors in the horsepower and voltage ratings used across light-commercial water treatment.
How to choose a motor or pump head
Match the frame. 56C-frame motors bolt directly to compatible pump heads — confirm frame, HP and phase.
Single vs. three phase. Choose 1-phase (115/230V) for most shops; 3-phase (208–460V) for commercial installs with the supply to match.
Pump-head flow. Procon heads are rated in GPH — size the head to your system's flow and pressure.
Don't forget the coupler. A motor swap often needs the correct clamp, adapter and drive coupler.
