COMPATIBILITY & APPLICATIONS
Where to Use This Fitting
The Watts AquaLock Large Diameter Stackable Elbow is designed for residential and light commercial water filtration systems, reverse osmosis installations, ice maker lines, refrigerator connections, and general plumbing applications where quick disconnects are beneficial. The stackable design allows multiple fittings to be connected in series for complex routing configurations. Compatible with all major tubing materials including copper tube (CTS), PEX, CPVC, and polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE). Ideal for installations requiring frequent filter changes or system maintenance where tool-free disconnection speeds up service work.
💧 Watts AquaLock fittings eliminate the need for crimping, clamping, or soldering. Simply cut the tubing square, mark the insertion depth, and push firmly until the grab ring seats. To disconnect, push the collet ring toward the fitting body while pulling the tubing out. Verify tubing is fully inserted by checking the witness mark against the fitting shoulder before pressurizing the system.
