INSTALLATION & USE
Replacing Your Lamp and Quartz Sleeve
- Disconnect power to your VH200 UV system and shut off water supply. Release pressure and unscrew the chamber from the reactor body.
- Remove the old lamp by disconnecting the power connector, then carefully slide out the old quartz sleeve using the included removal tool or gloved hands.
- Clean the interior of the chamber, slide in the new QS-001 quartz sleeve, and insert the S200RL-HO lamp into the sleeve until it seats properly.
- Reconnect the lamp connector, inspect the o-ring for damage, lubricate if needed, and thread the chamber back onto the reactor body hand-tight.
- Restore water flow slowly to check for leaks, then reconnect power and verify the system lamp indicator shows normal operation.
