Gasket Replacement Procedure
- Depressurize the filter housing completely and drain all fluid before opening swing bolts
- Remove old gasket and clean the gasket groove thoroughly with a lint-free cloth to remove any debris or residue
- Position the new 12021-SB-S gasket evenly in the groove, ensuring it sits flush without twisting or pinching
- Close the housing and tighten swing bolts in a star pattern to the manufacturer's specified torque
- Pressurize slowly and inspect for leaks before returning the system to full operation

Silicone material is ideal for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and semiconductor applications where FDA compliance and clean-in-place (CIP) compatibility are required. Not compatible with clamp style or eyebolt housings.
