INSTALLATION & USE
How to Install
- Remove the aerator from your kitchen faucet spout and thread the QMP502HNDL diverter valve onto the faucet in its place
- Attach the appropriate size tubing (1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" outer diameter) from your countertop filter to the compression barb on the diverter valve
- Turn the handle to divert water through the tubing to your filtration system, or turn it in the opposite direction for standard unfiltered tap water

The QMP502HNDL is designed for countertop water filtration systems and fits most standard kitchen faucets with threaded spouts. The compression connection accommodates 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" outer diameter tubing. Note that the size options refer to the outer diameter of your tubing, not the barb size itself. This valve replaces both the QMP502 and QMP502PD models with a single unit that handles variable water pressure conditions.
