Commonly used in whole house systems after sediment pre-filtration, well water treatment trains, and point-of-entry applications where chlorine and heavy metal reduction are priorities. Recommended flow rate: 2–5 GPM per cartridge. Replace when chlorine taste returns or every 6–12 months under typical municipal or well water conditions.
