The IPW105371 is a compatible replacement for the Watts Premier 105371 LVOC carbon block (the blue filter) in UF-3 systems. Its carbon block reduces chlorine, taste, odor and organic contaminants, and protects the ultrafiltration membrane that follows it.

Water Enters the Cartridge

Water from the sediment stage flows into the carbon block under normal household pressure.

Adsorption

The dense carbon block captures chlorine and the organic compounds behind bad taste and odor, and traps fine particles.

OUTLET

On to the Membrane

Cleaner water moves on to the UF-3 membrane, which lasts longer because the carbon has already done its work.

COMPATIBILITY

System Compatibility

Fits Watts Premier UF-3 (Filter-Pure UF-3) systems in place of the 105371 / F105371 LVOC carbon block. It is the blue filter in the 560039 annual kit, alongside the 105311 sediment filter (red) and 105321 membrane (purple). Does not fit the Watts 1/4-turn Kwik Change system or standard 10" housings.

Pro tip: Change the carbon block and the red sediment filter together every 6 months, and the purple membrane once a year.
