Connection Guide
High Pressure Side (marked IN/OUT): Connect prefilter outlet to IN port. Connect OUT port to membrane inlet. Low Pressure Side (marked TANK): Connect product water outlet from membrane housing center port to either TANK fitting. Connect opposite TANK fitting to storage tank inlet. All connections are tool-free push-to-connect with 3/8" tubing.
System Integration
The ASV-300 is compatible with residential and light commercial reverse osmosis systems using 3/8" tubing connections. Standard component in under-sink RO systems with pressurized storage tanks ranging from 2 to 14 gallons. Works with all membrane types including TFC, CTA, and high-rejection membranes at line pressures from 40 to 100 PSI.
The ASV-300 has earned WQA Gold Seal certification for material safety and structural integrity, meeting NSF standards for use in potable water systems.
