INSTALLATION & USE
How to Install Poly Tubing
- Cut tubing to required length using a sharp utility knife or tubing cutter for a clean, square edge
- Push tubing firmly into compression fittings or barbed connectors until it seats fully against the internal stop
- For barbed fittings, secure the connection with a stainless steel hose clamp rated for continuous water contact
- Avoid sharp bends or kinks that restrict flow; use a minimum bend radius of 2 inches for this tubing size
COMPATIBILITY
System Compatibility
This 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID tubing is compatible with all Clack water softener control valves including WS1, WS1.25, WS2, and V3000 series models. It works with standard 1/4" compression fittings and 3/8" barbed connectors commonly found on brine tanks, drain saddles, and air check assemblies.
