Aquatec Demand & Delivery Pump · 24 Volt

5800 Series Low-Voltage Delivery Pump

24 VAC and 24 VDC diaphragm pumps for OEM equipment, vending and dispensing machines, mobile installations, and any system already running on low-voltage control power.

✓ 0.90 – 1.00 GPM ✓ 60 PSI Factory Set ✓ 24 VAC & 24 VDC ✓ NSF/ANSI 58 Certified ✓ Runs Dry Without Damage

These are the low-voltage members of the Aquatec 5800 family. Same three-chamber diaphragm pump head and the same NSF/ANSI 58 certification as the 115 VAC models, driven by a 24 VAC or 24 VDC motor instead. Specify by voltage first, then by port size — if you are replacing a pump inside existing equipment, match the voltage exactly and confirm your transformer or supply can carry the current shown below.

CHOOSING YOUR MODEL

Specify by Voltage, Then by Port

Part Number Voltage Flow (open) Shut-off Ports Max current draw
5853-1E12-B424 24 VAC 0.90 GPM 60 PSI 3/8" 1.92 A
5853-7E12-B424 24 VAC 0.90 GPM 60 PSI 3/8" 1.92 A
5853-7E12-B724 24 VDC 1.00 GPM 60 PSI 3/8" 3.74 A
5844-8E01-B594 24 VDC 0.95 GPM 60 PSI 1/4" 1.57 A

⚠️Transformer sizing, 24 VAC models: the 24 VAC motor is not fitted with a thermal protector and can draw up to 1.92 A. Aquatec's largest wall-mount transformer is rated to only 0.80 A — the table-top transformer rated 2.00 A is the correct pairing. Keep the motor shell below 150°F, and account for by-pass pressure if the pump may sit at its setpoint for sustained periods. The 24 VDC models do carry a thermal protector.

KEY FEATURES

Engineered for Integration

🔌

Low-Voltage Drive

24 VAC or 24 VDC permanent magnet motor, totally enclosed and non-ventilated, with 14 AWG leads. No mains wiring at the pump.

🔄

Demand or Delivery Mode

Integral pressure switch for demand operation, or drive it from your own controller, level switch, or PLC output in delivery mode.

💧

Self-Priming, Dry-Run Safe

Primes 5 to 10 feet depending on model. No damage from running dry when a tank empties mid-cycle.

Continuous Duty

Every model on this page sits in Aquatec's continuous-operation band at its rated pressures. Cycling should stay under 6 starts per minute.

🏆

NSF/ANSI 58 Certified

Same certified wet end as the 115 VAC range — nylon housings, EPDM valves, Santoprene diaphragm.

🔧

Push-to-Connect Ports

3/8" push-to-connect on the 5853 models, 1/4" on the 5844. Ports are moulded into the head, so there is nothing to leak at a fitting.

COMPATIBILITY & APPLICATIONS

Where This Pump Belongs

Built into vending machines, coffee and beverage dispensers, ice makers, laboratory and medical water systems, solar and mobile installations, and any RO or filtration package where the control circuit is already 24 volt. Also used as a direct replacement for a failed low-voltage pump inside existing OEM equipment — match the voltage and port size, and confirm the shut-off pressure from the letter in the part number.
