Diaphragm Pressure Storage
Permeate Entry
Purified RO water enters through the 3/4" NPT fitting and fills the polypropylene reservoir. The diaphragm design eliminates the rubber-to-water contact common in bladder tanks, preserving taste and purity.
Pre-Charge Air Cushion
Air pre-charge on the dry side of the diaphragm maintains consistent delivery pressure. As purified water fills the reservoir, it compresses the air chamber without direct contact between air and water.
Complete Water Delivery
Amtrol's diaphragm geometry allows more complete discharge than bladder tanks. Of the 14-gallon total capacity, 11 gallons are usable storage, reducing cycle frequency and extending membrane life.

The 3/4" NPT fitting accommodates high-flow applications and multiple draw points. Use this tank with systems requiring sustained delivery volume without frequent cycling, particularly in offices, restaurants, or homes with four or more occupants. The 16-inch diameter footprint fits most mechanical rooms and utility closets where under-sink tanks are impractical. Verify your RO system includes a shut-off valve rated for tank back-pressure.
