Replacement schedule
Standard Replacement
Replace cartridge every 4-6 months for municipal water with normal sediment levels. Monitor pressure drop across filter housing.
High Volume Use
Track gallons filtered if usage is heavy. Replace when flow rate decreases noticeably or pressure differential exceeds 10-15 PSI.
Heavy Sediment
Well water or high-sediment sources may require more frequent changes. Inspect cartridge if water quality degrades or flow slows.
