What filters does the iSpring RCW5 use?
Five stages: a 5 micron sediment filter (iSpring FP15), a GAC carbon filter (FG15), a 5 micron carbon block (FC15), a 75 GPD membrane (MC7) and an inline post-carbon filter with ¼" quick-connects (FT15). The first three are standard 10" × 2.5" cartridges.
How often should I change the RCW5 filters?
Change the sediment and two carbon filters every 6 to 12 months, the inline post-filter about once a year, and the membrane every 2 to 3 years. Change sooner if flow drops or taste changes.
Will the IPW filters fit my RCW5?
Yes, if your housings take standard 10" × 2.5" cartridges, which iSpring uses on its 5-stage under-sink systems. Check the size printed on your old filter, or call (714) 541-6600 and we will match it.
