Have your system model or the old part number handy. Polaris Scientific parts use the QS (quartz sleeve) and GL (lamp) numbering — for example, a UVA-12C takes a QS39 sleeve and a GL39PP lamp. 💡 Service Tip: Replace UV lamps every 12 months even if they still glow — germicidal output drops well before the lamp fails. Clean or replace the quartz sleeve at each lamp change, and handle both with clean gloves (skin oils reduce UV transmission).
