Venturi Injectors & Control-Valve Injector Parts
Injectors do two very different jobs in water treatment: Mazzei venturi injectors draw ozone, air or chemical into a pressurized line, while control-valve injectors (Autotrol, Fleck) draw brine during a softener's regeneration. We stock both — venturis, injector nozzles by size, screens and check-valve repair kits.
How to choose an injector
Venturi vs. valve injector. Mazzei venturis add gas or chemical to a flowing line; softener injectors meter brine on regeneration — very different parts.
Size by color/letter. Autotrol injectors are keyed by size and tank diameter (B, C, H, J) and color-coded — match to your valve and tank.
Keep the screen clean. A clogged injector screen is the #1 cause of a softener that won't draw brine — a cheap, common replacement.
Match the port. Mazzei venturis are sized by NPT connection (3/8", 1/2", 1") and suction cap — confirm both.
