INSTALLATION & USE
Installation Steps
- Shut off water supply and relieve line pressure before installation
- Thread the CL6ROT28 inline onto 3/8" NPT male fittings, ensuring flow direction matches any arrow markings on the housing
- Hand-tighten connections, then use a wrench to snug an additional quarter turn without over-tightening
- Flush filter for 3-5 minutes to remove carbon fines before normal use
- Replace cartridge after 1000 gallons or 12 months, whichever comes first

The CL6ROT28 is interchangeable with T28 and T33 threaded Omnipure inline filters and fits standard 3/8" NPT plumbing connections. Note that NPT sizing does not correspond to ruler measurements: a 3/8" NPT fitting measures approximately 0.675" outer diameter when measured with calipers.
