Filter Set Replacement Process
- Shut off water supply to the RO system and relieve system pressure by opening the faucet until water stops flowing.
- Remove old sediment and carbon block pre-filters from their housings, clean housings if needed, then install new filters with flat ends seated firmly.
- Replace the 36 GPD TFC membrane in the membrane housing, ensuring proper orientation and seal.
- Connect the 6" inline post-carbon filter using the 3/8" quick connect fittings on the output line before the faucet connection.
- Turn water supply back on slowly, check all connections for leaks, then flush the system for 10-15 minutes before use.
Confirmed System Fitment
This filter set is engineered to fit Culligan AC15, AC30, H83, H83S-R, and LC50 reverse osmosis systems. It also replaces GA 328635, KX Matrix 32-175-050-100, and Omnipure RS-22-CB5-EB filter configurations. The sediment filter features a double nipple design that matches original Culligan cartridges, while the carbon block and post-filter use industry-standard dimensions and quick connect fittings. This is not an OEM product, but IPW Industries manufactures these components to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for reliable long-term performance.
