INSTALLATION & USE

Filter Set Replacement Process

  1. Shut off water supply to the RO system and relieve system pressure by opening the faucet until water stops flowing.
  2. Remove old sediment and carbon block pre-filters from their housings, clean housings if needed, then install new filters with flat ends seated firmly.
  3. Replace the 36 GPD TFC membrane in the membrane housing, ensuring proper orientation and seal.
  4. Connect the 6" inline post-carbon filter using the 3/8" quick connect fittings on the output line before the faucet connection.
  5. Turn water supply back on slowly, check all connections for leaks, then flush the system for 10-15 minutes before use.

Everything went OK except the Chlorine odor eliminating filter which is slip on leaked and ultimately flooded my kitchen. It was a disaster. Would you be able to replace that particular filter with a screw on type which is a better connection. At this point I am unable to use my RO at all!
