UV Replacement Lamps
High-output germicidal lamps compatible with major brands including Viqua, PureT, and Watts systems. Each lamp is tested to deliver consistent 254nm UV-C wavelength output for reliable disinfection. Available in multiple wattages and base configurations to match your specific UV system model.
Quartz Sleeves
Premium fused quartz sleeves provide maximum UV transmission while protecting the lamp from direct water contact. High-purity quartz construction resists clouding and maintains 90%+ UV transmittance. Replace whenever you notice mineral buildup, scratches, or during lamp changes.
Universal Compatibility
We stock replacement components for the most popular residential and commercial UV systems. Our team can help you identify the correct lamp wattage and sleeve dimensions for your unit. All parts meet NSF and industry standards for drinking water applications.

How to Replace Your UV Components
Power Down and Isolate
Turn off power to the UV system at the breaker or unplug the unit. Close inlet and outlet valves to isolate the UV chamber from water flow. Release system pressure by opening the chamber drain or loosening the compression fitting slightly.
Remove Old Components
Carefully unscrew the chamber end cap and slide out the quartz sleeve assembly. Disconnect the lamp from its electrical socket by gently twisting and pulling. Inspect the O-rings and quartz sleeve for damage or mineral deposits.
Install and Test
Clean or install the new quartz sleeve into the chamber. Insert the new lamp without touching the quartz surface with bare hands. Reassemble with fresh O-rings, restore water flow, and power on to verify the lamp illuminates properly.
Service Tip: Replace UV lamps every 12 months regardless of whether they still produce light — germicidal effectiveness diminishes significantly after 9,000 hours of operation even though the lamp appears to be working. Clean quartz sleeves every 3-6 months to maintain optimal UV transmission.
Guaranteed Compatibility
Every replacement lamp and quartz sleeve is verified to match original equipment specifications for fit, UV output, and electrical characteristics.
Consistent Protection
Regular replacement maintains the 99.99% reduction rate against bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts that your UV system was designed to deliver.
Ready to Install
All components arrive with protective packaging and handling instructions. Lamps include proper electrical connectors and quartz sleeves come with compatible O-ring sets when applicable.
Cost-Effective Maintenance
Replacing UV components on schedule prevents system failures and costly emergency service calls. Our competitive pricing makes annual maintenance affordable while protecting your investment in clean, safe water.
