COMPATIBILITY & APPLICATIONS
Approved Uses
This John Guest fixed elbow fitting is certified for potable water systems, including under-sink filtration, RO systems, refrigerator connections, and tap installations. The acetal construction provides excellent chemical resistance for food and beverage applications, CO2 beverage lines, compressed air systems, and pneumatic controls. The female NPT thread connects directly to faucets, valves, toilet fill lines, and appliances. To disconnect, simply unlock the nut, push the collet toward the body, and pull the pipe free.
💧 NPT fittings measure larger than their nominal size when measured with a ruler. A 1/4" NPT thread will actually measure approximately 0.540 inches in diameter. Always verify thread size before ordering to ensure proper fit.
