Check the label on your existing filter cartridge — the part number and dimensions (e.g. 10"×2.5") are printed on it. Alternatively, check your system's owner's manual or call us with your system brand and model and we'll look it up for you.
How long does shipping take?

My city uses chloramines. Which carbon filter do I need?
Standard coconut shell carbon does not remove chloramines. You'll need catalytic carbon or a KX MatriKX CTO Plus / Pb1 filter. Check your annual water quality report or call your utility to confirm whether they use chlorine or chloramines.
