IPW Industries Inc pre filters are made in the USA that are longer lasting and providing better removal of contaminants to protect your reverse osmosis system. These standard size filters are 10" and compatible with all standard size under counter RO systems. 1st Stage: High-Grade 10" high-capacity polypropylene sediment filter -removes dust, particles, and rust. 100% pure high grade polypropylene depth filter with exceptional dirt-holding capacity translates to longer life and fewer change-outs. The 2nd and 3rd Stage is a high grade Coconut Shell Carbon Block 10" filter which gets rid of unpleasant chlorine, tastes, odors, cloudiness and colors. Carbon block filters are made with compressed carbon to provide a uniform structure to prevent bypass or channeling. Â
