COMPATIBILITY & APPLICATIONS
Where This Filter Works
The TST Water IN1013-1 is designed as a final-stage polishing filter for reverse osmosis systems, removing residual chlorine taste and protecting downstream equipment from scale. The phosphate media helps buffer pH and prevent mineral deposits in icemakers, refrigerators, drinking fountains, and beverage coolers. This inline format works with any system using 1/4" NPT connections. Note that quick-connect fittings are sold separately and must match your tubing size and system configuration.
💧 Install this filter as the last stage after your RO membrane and any remineralization cartridges. The phosphate will add a slight mineral content, which is beneficial for taste and scale prevention but should come after membrane filtration to avoid fouling.
