125 PSI Max 1/4" NPT Ports Chemical Resistant
WHY IT WORKS

Built for demanding applications where standard housings fail

💪

High Pressure Rated

Tested beyond industry standards to 125 PSI, this QMP300W housing handles municipal and well water pressure without bulging or failure

🛡️

Chemical Resistant Build

Reinforced polypropylene construction resists chlorine, acids, and common water treatment chemicals without degradation

🔧

Standard 1/4" NPT Threads

Quarter-inch NPT ports provide secure connections for common push-fit and threaded fittings in under-counter and point-of-use systems

🌡️

Temperature Tolerant

Rated to 125°F, the QMP300W handles hot water applications and temperature fluctuations in commercial and industrial settings

📐

Universal Cartridge Fit

Accepts all standard 10" x 2.5" cartridges including sediment, carbon block, pleated polyester, and specialty filter media

COMPATIBILITY

Works with all standard 10-inch cartridges

The QMP300W fits any 10" x 2.5" diameter filter cartridge including sediment filters (1, 5, 10, 20, 50 micron), carbon block cartridges, granular activated carbon (GAC), pleated polyester, string wound, melt-blown polypropylene, and specialty media like KDF, catalytic carbon, or bone char. Compatible with brands including Pentek, Hydronix, Matrikx, Filtrex, Aquaboon, and generic standard cartridges.

MAINTENANCE

Filter replacement schedule by cartridge type

3-6 months

Sediment Filters

Replace 5-10 micron sediment cartridges every 3-6 months depending on dirt load and pressure drop. Heavy sediment may require monthly changes.

6-12 months

Carbon Block

Carbon block cartridges lose chlorine removal capacity over time. Replace every 6-12 months or when taste and odor return.

6-12 months

GAC Cartridges

Granular activated carbon filters should be changed every 6-12 months to maintain chemical reduction performance.

As needed

Housing O-Ring

Inspect the sump o-ring each time you change cartridges. Replace if cracked, flattened, or leaking. Lubricate with silicone grease during reinstallation.

🏠

Under-Counter Ready

Compact 10-inch size fits in tight spaces beneath sinks and in mechanical rooms

🏭

Commercial Grade

Reinforced construction handles continuous flow in restaurants, offices, and light industrial uses

🔒

Pressure Tested

Every QMP housing is tested beyond rated pressure to ensure reliability and safety

♻️

Reusable Design

Replace cartridges, not the entire housing, reducing plastic waste and long-term cost
