INSTALLATION & USE
Filter Replacement Process
- Turn off water supply to the cooler and relieve system pressure by dispensing water
- Twist each old filter counterclockwise to remove, starting with Stage 1 sediment filter
- Install new filters in order: Stage 1 (sediment), Stage 2 (carbon block), Stage 3 (carbon), Stage 4 (RO membrane)
- Turn water supply back on and flush system for 5 minutes before use

This replacement filter set is engineered specifically for Global Water bottleless water coolers with reverse osmosis filtration. Compatible with G3RO three-stage systems, G4RO four-stage systems, and G5RO five-stage systems. The twist-lock design ensures proper seating and eliminates the need for filter wrenches or specialized tools. Replace filters every 6-12 months depending on water quality and usage volume.
🔧 Pro tip: Mark the installation date on each filter housing with a permanent marker. The sediment filter may need replacement more frequently if you have particularly hard or turbid source water, so check it at the 4-month mark.
