We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt for orders less than $500; orders over $500 have a 15 day return policy.
Shipping is not refundable and customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is refundable only when the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged. ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON TIME OF DELIVERY AND ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. AFTER 30 DAYS, ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived with their original packaging for a full merchandise refund. Unused items are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping). Used items cannot be refunded due to items being perishable after use (unless deemed as defective). If you have a damaged filter, please email pictures of the damage so we can process a return - we will email a return label once we receive pictures and do not ship it back until further notice..

CARBON BLOCK FILTER
IPW Industries Inc carbon blocks are manufactured with a high purity Coconut Shell Activated Carbon. Our acid washed carbon blocks activate the carbon to make it more porous and able to remove more contaminants than standard water washed carbon. SEDIMENT FILTER
Economical light weight filters for standard 10" housings. IPW Industries Inc sediment filter cartridge's coreless design is an economical solution to pre-filtration for many applications. These are used widely as pre-filtration for RO systems and whole house filtration for high sediment water sources. They are also used in applications such as Ice Machines, Film Processing, Beverage, Coffee, Analytical, Wineries, and many others.
REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE
The 4004424 GRO-50EN High Efficiency is an innovative next-generation RO Membrane using "Thin Layer Composite" technology (TLC) to provide enhanced water recovery in an encapsulated membrane. Where traditional RO membranes have a 3:1 ratio of 3 gallons of waste water to every gallon of purified water, the GRO-50EN new technology allows for a 1:1 ratio of 1 gallon of waste water to every gallon of purified water; making it more water and energy efficient. Less waste water down the drain for the same amount of purified water means saving you money and the environment with the same great results! The 4004424 GRO-50EN model RO membrane includes a drainline flow control, a premeate check valve, a 96% rejection rate, 1/4" quick connect fittings and is 2.5 inches wide by 15.14" inches long with a production rate of 50 gallons per day.
INLINE GAC FILTER
This inline coconut filter has 3/8" quick connections and is suitable for drinking water filtration applications. This filter has coconut shell Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filter media to reduce unpleasant taste and odor from drinking water. It has a service life of 2,500 gallons (or one year) and a flow rate of 0.5 gallons per minute (gpm). This filter has a 2" outside diameter (OD) and an overall length of 10". It has an operating temperature of 35 to 100 degrees F, and a maximum pressure rating of 125 pounds per square inch (psi). This inline coconut filter is suitable for use in water filtration applications such as ice makers, water coolers, coffee makers, and refrigerators.
