The Aries AF-10-3232 fits any standard 10-inch filter housing with 3" internal diameter clearance and is designed for whole-house pH correction applications. The 50/50 calcite-Corosex blend is ideal for moderately to severely acidic water (pH 5.0-6.5), where pure calcite reacts too slowly and you need faster initial correction. Use this filter upstream of water heaters, pressure tanks, and copper plumbing to prevent blue-green staining, pinhole leaks, and metal corrosion. It works best in systems with pH between 5.0 and 6.5 that require faster neutralization than standard calcite-only filters provide.
