Ordering was easy, the follow through and delivery was as expected and done in a timely matter. The system functions as expected however there still is an odd taste that we would not get ordinarily with an RO or a fresh Brita filter. Aside from that it would be a perfect zero waste purchase in my eyes. I would be interested in an upgraded filter to help improve the overall taste.

Water tastes much better!
The change in taste is remarkable now that this filter is in place. I got it up and running without the instructions (they were accidentally not included in the package) within 15 minutes. I did have a small leak in the out valve that has since resolved. Easy to install and delicious, chlorine-free water.

For a non-reverse osmosis system, it works great. I use specialty filters because I don't like using reverse osmosis. I think RO systems take out all the minerals and you don't get to benefit from the good minerals. This system allows me to get really good clean water and still have all my minerals.
