MR.
I installed this unit under my kitchen sink recently and it is working nicely. The installation instructions leave a bit to be desired and the water supply valve required a quick trip to Home Depot to get a reducer connector to make it workable. Other than that, the installation pretty straightforward. There were absolutely no leaks from the moment I turned on the RO system and I have not noticed any noiseiness from the system as others have mentioned. Do be sure to leave your ice-maker supply line turned off until you have completed the "break-in" period of 3 full tanks of water. You don't want to get any charcoal fines the line. I have not noticed our ice cubes to be much clearer, but it is nice just knowing that they are perfectly free of any contaminents. The RO water is odorless and tastes great! As long as Watts doesn't make changes to the connectors for their Kwik Change filters, this system should be a keeper for the long term.
