INSTALLATION & USE
Filter Replacement Procedure
- Shut off water supply and relieve pressure by opening a downstream faucet.
- Unscrew filter housing using a housing wrench, remove old cartridge, and clean the housing interior with mild soap and water.
- Insert new GAC filter, ensuring the cartridge sits flat against the housing base.
- Lubricate the o-ring with food-grade silicone, hand-tighten the housing, and restore water supply.
- Flush the new filter for 3-5 minutes to remove any initial carbon dust before normal use.
