The WB-90SC-2 housing has a patented upflow design. The Harmsco WB-90SC-2 filters housings use filters with 90 square feet of filter area. Harmsco has a large selection of filters for the WB-90SC-2 with many different micron ratings and media, including carbon block. The Harmsco WB-90SC-2 WaterBetter housing is a simple alternative to complex multiple cartridge housings. The Harmsco WB-90SC-2 is made of electro-polished 304 stainless steel. The Harmsco WB-90SC-2 housing rim gaskets are EPDM (Buna-N or Viton optional). The Harmsco WB-90SC-2 Water Better filter housing standard standpipes are CPVC. Upgrading the standpipes to 316 stainless steel is optional. The maximum temperature is up to 140˚F. The maximum temperature is 250˚F/121˚C with optional stainless steel standpipe and Harmsco Hurricane high temperature cartridges. The max temperature varies based on pressure and time under load.
